Founded in 2016, Grace Enabled Ministry is a faith-driven 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to serving the community of individuals with special needs in the greater Cleveland area. In the light of Christ, we provide social events and gatherings along with other opportunities for our guests and their families to take part in. Of these events, we offer: quarterly dance socials, fitness and cooking classes, and nutrition seminars. We offer everything at a very minimal charge, all proceeds and/or donations go directly to Ekisa Ministries.
In the light of Jesus Christ, Grace Enabled seeks to provide various opportunities for individuals with special needs to establish and grow encouraging relationships with others. We are striving to guide these individuals and their families toward living a healthier lifestyle through our fitness and nutrition programs. We will continually choose to recognize and enhance every ABILITY and GIFT we have all been given.
We organize socials that include DJ Carmen (MC DJ Company), food, sports, karaoke, arts & crafts, and other sorts of entertainment! We offer fitness and cooking classes (all supplies and equipment is provided). We also provide nutrition seminars for parents and/or guardians.
Sponsored by: Barons Bus Co. We are also affiliated with Ekisa Ministries (Jinja, Uganda), Cuyahoga Valley Church, and NEO Challenger Baseball
Grace Enabled Ministry was founded upon the belief that we have all been created purposely in the image of God. We believe that we have all been empowered by God with unique potential and abilities to live out the plans and purposes he has for our lives. His grace alone gives us the power and strength to do ALL things.
It all began on a drive home from the Northeast Ohio Challenger baseball league state tournament party in Canton. God showed us how amazing the special needs community was when we saw them dance and party at the state tournament social. Once we saw this, God gave us a desire to offer social gatherings and holiday parties for the special needs community.
We hosted our first social event in the summer of 2016 and have been growing ever since. Within the following year of 2017, we became a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. With the growing amount of regular attendees and positive feedback we frequently receive, we are dedicated to working towards providing more and more events and opportunities for individuals with special needs and their families to be a part of. Our goal moving forward is to offer additional opportunities such as sports camps, fitness classes, nutrition seminars, and bible studies.
